Eye Surgery and a Few Finishes

Cataract surgery over and done!  I am happy for that and now I can see the dust, mismatched colors and such.  I will spare you the gruesome photos of the eyepatches and bloodshot.

The quilt tops are still at the longarmer, but should be ready for pick up soon.  I will be binding and binding for sure!

We've been painting a little in virtual classes and one at the studio in town.  My grandson added the snowflakes.  My son painted the moon and I did one, too.

My LQS offered a Road Trip bag by Katie Cupcake class.  Outside pocket is vinyl.  The other fabric is by Robin Pickens.  I do not need another bag.  But, they keep coming out with all these fantastic patterns.  I just can't resist.

Progress on Primitive Gatherings Summer Block of the Week.  It is a reproduction of an antique quilt. This is EPP, but I am sewing it by machine.  That way, I will get it finished.

We Are All Interconnected

Beginning Deep Blue, Lisa Bongean and Moda,  a simple and easy quilt top below.  Cut and ready to sew.

Selvages sewn together to make a doll rug.  Will finish edges later.
